Entrepreneurs are motivated by various factors.
If you ask most of us, there is a resounding mindset that can be attributed to success. It is something we are either born with or acquire. If you think perfection precedes purpose––think again.
While there are many tangible skills you will need to be successful in business, it is the intangible character traits that can improve your personal and business bottom line.
Entrepreneurship is the culmination of making daily quality decisions to be dedicated, motivated, aware, and driven. So, if you’re in need of some small business inspiration here is a quick look at one of my favorite mantras to awaken the winners mindset in us all.
If you think you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win, but don’t think you can,
It’s almost a cinch you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’ve lost,
For out in the world you’ll find
Success begins with a fellow’s will;
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you’re outclassed, you are;
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can win the prize.
Think big and your deeds will grow.
Think small and you’ll fall behind.
Think that you can and you will,
It’s all in the state of mind.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man;
But sooner or later the man who wins
Is the fellow who thinks he can.
