21. Superhero power: Power to Inspire

The ability to quickly influence, inspire and provide creative tools for others to become better versions of themselves and preemptive leaders in their own domain.  To inspire entrepreneurs to realize their strengths and to garner the courage and confidence to step outside of the realm that’s comfortable and push themselves into making the impossible … possible.

Charles E. Gaudet II, CEO and Founder at PredictableProfits.com: @CharlesGaudet

22. Superhero power: Adding Spark

Chispa means ‘spark’ in Spanish, but it also defines an individual who has spunk and is a firecracker. With the support of my team at my back, my ‘Chispa Laser Finger’ is powered up to add more chispa to the day when it’s needed most. To better serve our clients, to create work/life balance, and to maximize the amount of energy and passion in our day. All I have to do is point my finger at the situation and zap it to add more chispa.

23. Superhero power: Empathy

The ability to read and sense emotions and/or control the emotions and feelings of others. I would gain the ability to help others deal with their emotions rather than suppressing them.  With the powers of an Empath, I’d want to make people understand their self worth and not to settle for things that shouldn’t even be up for consideration. If everyone understood their worth, dealt with their emotions and acted accordingly, this world would be a much better and happier place!

24. Superhero power: Mind Control

This would allow me to turn all prospective costumer meetings into clients and would increase not only my revenue, but also my costumer base as a whole. This should be the ideal super power for any entrepreneur because we all know the difficulty of converting meetings into clients, and this power would make it easy and pain free.

25. Superhero power: Cloning

The power to multiply myself, so that I could have several “Sheena’s” running the show.  One could take care of the kids, cook, clean, run errands and carpool.  The second one could maintain the business and manage all the routine day-to-day activities.  This would allow me to focus on growing new business, marketing, public relations and sales.

Sheena G. Edwards, CEO at Lizzie Lou Shoes: @LizzieLouShoes

26. Superhero power: Seeing the Future

If I could have one superpower, it would be the ability to see the future. One of the most difficult things to do as a business owner is to keep your finger on the pulse of your customers and the future of your market. Knowing what is down the road is greater than any feat of strength, and remaining not just current but innovative is a skill that too few entrepreneurs possess naturally.

Adrienne Denaro, CEO at Reunited We Stand, Inc.: @WeStandReunited

27. Superhero power: Teleportation

Being a one-woman-show, every moment I spend driving to meetings, running errands and sitting in traffic is like torture. I constantly find myself wishing I could close my eyes and appear at my next appointment — imagine all the minutes I’d save. Plus, it would make weekend getaways to the Bahamas a possibility!

Donna Queza, Owner at Donna Queza Marketing Optimist: @DonnaQueza

28. Superhero power: Freeze Time

As an entrepreneur, I have often day dreamed about having a superpower that would allow me to stop the clock and benefit from 3 or 4 extra hours per day while the rest of the world was on “pause.”  I’d complete projects, send emails, etc., then start time again!  There’s never enough time in the day, especially if you’re an entrepreneur with a family.

Shannon Choe, Founder at  Premier Baby Concierge: @PremierBaby

29. Superhero power: Email Spy

I wish I had the business superhero power of allowing me to view how people edit their emails to me.  This would show me the words they decided to strike, and how they replaced them, how they re-worded sentences that may have come on too strong….and even if they used spell check before sending it.

Kenny Rosenblatt, CEO at Arkadium: @arkadium

30. Superhero power: Serenity

The road to success for an entrepreneur isn’t an easy one. Much of the process is characterized by uncertainty, pressure, and failure. When faced with these situations, serenity allows you to step back, reflect, and persevere.

Ian Siegel, Cofounder at ZipRecruiter: @ZipRecruiter
