3. Leveraging Personal Connections
With so much technology around us, it is easy to forget about the importance of personal communication. Technology improves access to information and allows for automation, and it must be harnessed, but personal conversations often provide the depth and perspective that rounds out learning that occurs through other channels.
Making time to call, email, or at least message contacts and personal sources to discuss, share information, and learn is vital in the process.
Full verbal conversations are optimal to gather the most information, but all forms of this communication are valuable, evidencing that a balance between smart use of technology and personal communications can lead even the most insight-hungry (and overloaded) entrepreneurs down a path of improved information consumption.
