Entrepreneur Launches Rollable Flats Shoe Vending Machine Company

Best Success Story:

We have been blessed to have several awesome success stories. One of my favorites is when we were invited to participate in the 2012 Golden Globes celebrity gifting suite and Flat Out of Heels were in the hands of several A-list celebrities and they loved them!

We were able to get several photos of our shoes with celebrities and several were tweeting about how much they loved their new rollable flats. This was the best form of marketing for us, people who genuinely love the product and spread the word for free.

Biggest Startup Challenge:

The biggest challenge so far has been finding the best software and credit card processors for our vending machines. After 10 months we are finally overcoming this challenge and preparing to launch our machines.

The issues with the credit card reader has pushed back our launch date several times however it was very important that the machines accept credit cards. It has been an extreme lesson in patience and diligence.

#1 Tip for Entrepreneurs:

Never give up! No matter what! That is my #1 piece of advice. No one ever said it would be easy because it’s not.

Entrepreneurship takes patience, determination, organization, and sacrifice. I also advise all entrepreneurs to know their business inside and out, don’t expect anyone to do anything that you aren’t willing to do yourself.
