3. One day I hope to:

Be able to leave a legacy that my children are proud of … not one of monetary value but one of hard work, compassion, and most of all one of love for God, family, and country.

4. Current obsession:

Baseball is my past, current, and most certainly will continue to be my future obsession. I remember being a young boy listening to Vin Scully describing Fernandomania on warm summer nights. The Dodgers have been one of my longest and deepest obsessions.

5. Favorite business tool:

Right now, I’d have to say Twitter. It’s enabled me to make some real connections with companies and individuals I admire.

6. Favorite book(s):

Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell. This book examines the factors that contribute to high levels of success. I especially enjoyed his “10,000-Hour Rule” where he claims that the key to success in any field is to practice a specific task for about 10,000 hours.

7. Best place to unwind:

At home wrestling with my three kids or out at the golf course early in the morning.

8. Would love to have dinner with:

Thomas S. Monson, an American religious leader and author.

9. You can never have too many:

Wives. Just kidding! Being from Utah I’m allowed to make that joke. You can never have too many books.

10. Essential business tip:

Play to your strengths and stay true to who you are as an individual and as a company.
