Nahema Mehta is the Founder and CEO of Art Remba, an NYC fine art club and online collectors community offering members-only access to respected galleries and artists.

Founder: Nahema Mehta

Company: Art Remba

Location: New York, NY

1. How I came up with the concept of Art Remba:

For the uninitiated, collecting fine art – the kind seen at galleries, auctions, and fairs – can be daunting. Obstacles include the exclusivity, intimidation and cost associated with the process. I created Art Remba to eliminate these concerns and create an intuitive, pressure-free way to discover and collect fine art.

Art Remba enables New Yorkers (both individuals and companies) to subscribe to artworks from respected artists and galleries on a monthly basis at accessible rates. 50% of paid membership dues go toward acquiring works you love, and all works are hand delivered and professionally installed.

Our artwork ranges in value from a few thousand to upwards of $60k, so whether you want to slowly invest-to-own a work, live with a “dream” work, or try a work out before making a large investment, Art Remba’s got you covered.

2. Ambition:

To find harmony between my head, hands, and heart.

3. One day I hope to:

Be to others what my mentors are to me today: strong and empowering forces of nature that lead through innovation and by example.

4. Current obsession:

I’m in love with Sparrow Mail for iPhone. It makes managing multiple mail accounts, sorting, searching etc., shockingly seamless and beautiful.
