We created Unifyo as a way to simplify relationship management for individuals and businesses alike, saving people hours by aggregating customer profiles automatically and bringing them right into the apps we’re all productive in.

Unifyo gathers customer information — scattered across multiple tools — like their location, phone numbers, email addresses, avatars, social media profiles etc. and creates a 360° view of your customer.

Unifyo enables users to get complete customer profiles inside their favorite web apps — from Facebook, Gmail and LinkedIn to ZenDesk. To achieve this, we aggregate internal company data (i.e. email, CRM data, etc.) and social media data (i.e. tweets, profile pictures and location) into one place to give users a holistic view on their customers.

Our technology can ensure that everyone in the organization is up-to-date with the latest customer information; so it’s great for customer support, sales, business development and recruiting.

Best Success Story:

Unifyo is currently being used by over 100 companies so far. We find many of our users like using a CRM tool for the first time as Unifyo is completely pro-active.

When we added an integration to Highrise – a well-known small business CRM and web-based contact manager — they tweeted about Unifyo to their 70,000+ followers and we received hundreds of sign-ups in one day, almost overloading our server capacities.

Biggest Startup Challenge:

Getting the product right, not just the technology – a typical mistake that is easy for IT guys to make. We have a tendency to assume our users know as much about our product as we do.

#1 Tip for Entrepreneurs:

Every relationship matters. Don’t be secretive about your startup. Go out into the world and tell people. Always offer help to others where you can and you’ll get at least as much back as you give.
