Tai Beauchamp is the Founder and CEO of The BluePrint Group, a communications and marketing firm that specializes in bridging the gap between the world of fashion and philanthropy with clients and partners which have included Avon, Malaria No More, The Sundance Channel, The MCJ Amelior Foundation, Spelman College, Tractenberg & Co, and Universal Motown Records.

Tai is a veteran beauty journalist and editor, with an innate ability to connect with all demographics. Known for her savvy sense of style and ability to deliver of-the-moment and consumer-friendly tips, women of all ages recognize her as the voice of stylish living.

She is also a social entrepreneur and champion for causes, most of them aimed toward youth and education, and empowering women, often through fashion and beauty. Beauchamp began her editorial career interning at Good Housekeeping and Harper’s Bazaar magazines and went on to work as a beauty editor at O, The Oprah Magazine, Suede, and Seventeen. She later served as the deputy editor of VIBE Vixen and style contributor to

Today, Beauchamp is Style Ambassador of InStyle and a spokesperson for Proctor & Gamble’s My Black is Beautiful Movement. She appears regularly as an on-air style expert, host and personality on "The Today Show," "Good Day New York," the Style Network, BET, CNN, TV One, ABC, and "The Wendy Williams Show." Beauchamp earned a B.A. in English literature from Spelman College and attended New York University’s Television Production program. When she’s not spotting trends, traveling, or mentoring, Tai lives in New York City.
