3. Improve the Subject Line.
If you can’t get someone to take the next step and click on your email, nothing else matters. An optimized subject line can make it worth the while and ultimately increase your campaign’s open rate (a metric that indicates how many people “view” or “open” an email).
Start improving your email blast subject lines by doing three simple things: a) include your company name b) tell it like it is and include the offer c) keep it short and simple and d) avoid spam filters by removing “all caps” text, and words like “free,” “credit,” “offer,” and “act now.”
4. Recycle email blasts to improve SEO.
Archive all of your old email newsletters on your website to build relevant online content. Also, post email newsletters on your company blog and social media networks to recycle content and drive additional online traffic.
